No. The AI writes drafts, summarises and classifies. Offers, emails and replies go out only after a person's click. Whether a tender fits is calculated by fixed code with visible reasons. The chat assistant in the help widget answers by itself but says beforehand that it is an AI.

Under the terms of use (draft) you can export your data and still retrieve it for at least 30 days afterwards. Then we delete the instance.
No, neither to ISO/IEC 27001 nor to BSI C5. Microsoft has its own audits for the Azure services we use. We disclose the measures we took ourselves in the data processing agreement.
We aim for high availability and show the state on the status page. A binding commitment with credits exists only if it is agreed separately.
